Jules has over 25 years experience in the financial services as a consultant, educator and actuary.  He has experience in superannuation, wealth management, life insurance, risk management, governance and supervision.  In particular, he brings expertise in all aspects of unit pricing and crediting rate work, ranging from governance and policy reviews, unitisation of products using crediting rates, and all aspects of remediation exercises.  He also has experience with actuarially related aspects of operational risk, governance and risk management of superannuation for both defined contribution and defined benefit plans including liquidity management, addressing the impact of government reviews, longevity issues, product development, defined benefit solvency, and operational risk management and the like.  Jules has had a significant involvement in international regulatory capacity building training in the financial services and an ongoing involvement in professional actuarial education.
